Service cover is available on a tiered basis. You may opt for support during working hours only, or twenty-four hours a day with a minimum guaranteed response time.
Commissioning of your UPS by a dedicated field service engineer is essential for all larger UPS installations. It is important to check and test all input and output connections prior to the UPS being brought online. A full commissioning report will be provided and the UPS registered for its warranty period.
