Preventative maintenance will take place at regular intervals and in the event of a problem, support is available from the field service engineers. We keep an eye on the internal components, and can change batteries and other consumables in most types of UPS.
Should a problem arise, telephone and on-site support is provided by field service engineers. Online monitoring subscriptions allow UPS operational data to be analysed remotely by engineers in case of anomalies or faults. Engineers can arrive on site already with the knowledge of where a problem may lie.
Northern Power UPS also offer direct support for all single-phase “plug and play” uninterruptible power supplies. This ensures peace of mind with a full battery replacement or UPS swap-out programme should a fault develop.
